Return policiesWe accept returns within 20 days after receiving your order. The products must not be worn and should be returned in their original box and packaging. When we receive them we'll inspect them and process the refund within 5 business days. There is a $5.00 restocking fee that will be discounted from your refund. We don't refund original shipping charges. Return is at customer's expense. We include an order receipt in every package that has return instructions and a simple form to indicate the reason of the return. Include this receipt and send the package to the address stated. About our productsWe at Shoefestival.com are confident that all of our merchandise is 100% genuine and first quality. It comes in original box and tags. Sometimes we might post products with small defects or gently tried on in retails stores, but that will be clearly stated in the product description. For this kind of products we cannot accept returns and all sales are final. Orders mistakes and factory defectsIf there's a mistake in your order please contact us promptly. We try to provide the best products in the market but sometimes the items might come with some defect from the manufacturer or we can make a mistake while processing. Please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can send you a replacement. If this option is not available we'll send you an electronic UPS return label so you can return the shoes at no cost. International orders or orders outside of the continental US please contact us in order to agree in the best return procedure. Restocking fees are waived in these cases.
