We thank you for your interest in our products. Our first goal is to make you feel comfortable with your purchases at ShoeFestival.com.

Returns
We accept returns only for sales shipped to any of the 48 contiguous United States within 7 days after receiving the product. The articles must not be worn and should be returned in their original box and packaging. As soon as we receive them we'll refund the payment. There is a $5.00 return fee that will be discounted from your refund. This fee is waived if we made a mistake and we sent you the wrong item (error in the size, the color or product). Return is at customer's expense.

We are confident that all of our merchandise is 100% genuine and first quality. Sometimes we might post products with small defects but that will be clearly stated in the product description. For this kind of products we cannot accept returns and all sales are final.

Exceptions apply ONLY if we made a mistake and we sent you the wrong item (error in the size, the color or product).

It is very important to establish communication before any return. You must be authorized to return the merchandise, otherwise we cannot process any refund.

Once the authorization is granted you will receive an RA (return authorization) number and instructions for the procedure.

International orders
For International orders we cannot accept returns and all sales are final. Exceptions apply ONLY if we made a mistake and send you the wrong item (error in the size, the color or product).

Puerto Rico and other US Territories
